November 25/10 Penguin Novice Series #1 Coaches Recap
Only a couple of weeks after their first meets of the season the Tides were at it again, this time at the Penguin Novice Series. With just a couple of few weeks of training under their belts the JD and JAG groups jumped in and quickly settled into the business of racing, ending the day with some fantastic best times and heat wins.
That alone would have made for a great meet but the Tide also wowed the crowd with a display of some of the best technique and streamlines at the meet. Good swimming always leads to fast swimming and with the technique shown at Penguin Novice Series, I can't wait to see what these swimmers can do next.
